Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

More than 7 Days Before Appointment:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

Less than 7 Days But More than 24 Hours Before Appointment:

Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will have the option to reschedule the appointment or forfeit 50% of the booking fee.

Less than 24 Hours Before Appointment:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the full booking fee.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed only for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
