The first release for 2023 and it’s a good one! Matured 5 years in a 100lt ex Australian Tawny cask and bottled at 45%abv. Hints of oak and malt at the front followed by all the yummy Christmas cake spices you’d expect from a tawny cask. lovely long finish that invites you to sip again.
